Today, Al Majaz Theater in Sharjah hosts a concert organized by the Sharjah National Day Celebrations Committee, with the participation of Emirati artist Hussein Al Jasmi, and a group of artists, namely: Aryam, Jassim Mohammed, Faisal Al Jasem and Arib.

The proceeds of the concert are allocated on the occasion of the 49th National Day of the United Arab Emirates, which is being organized according to the precautionary measures of the "Big Heart Foundation" initiatives concerned with helping refugees and the needy around the world.

The Big Heart, the humanitarian foundation established by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, aims to mobilize humanitarian efforts in order to help children, the vulnerable, the needy and their families in the world, and adopts a message of advocacy and protection of the rights of children and vulnerable families, and improving their lives around the world, with a focus on the Arab world , By providing support and humanitarian and development efforts.

Tariq Saeed Allai, vice-chairman of the Sharjah National Day Celebrations Committee, said, “This important occasion in the history of the UAE, and the Arab world in general, is through which we celebrate the biography of a nation full of tender, which the UAE has laid down with its determination and the efforts of its children to make the world proud of our unique and qualitative achievements.”

He added that the proceeds of the concert are allocated to the initiatives of the Big Heart Foundation, noting that preparations for receiving the concert have been completed according to the highest precautionary standards and preventive measures approved by the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Authority in the country, and the instructions of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah.

Allai indicated that the selection of the elite artists in the concert was based on their artistic standing and their outstanding contributions that strengthened the status of the Emirati and Gulf songs.

The concert, scheduled to be held today, will be preceded by water performances organized by the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, in a festive atmosphere on this important occasion in accordance with the standards of spacing and precautionary measures.
