It is reported that entering the customs from Ningbo port, entering the imported cold chain food stored, processed, and sold in Ningbo, or entering the customs from other ports, the whole cabinet enters the imported cold chain food stored, processed, and sold in Ningbo, and the transit inspection management is implemented. (Except for imported cold chain food that has been disinfected at the port).
Consignors and storage and transportation companies of imported cold chain food must implement the main responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control.
Imported cold chain foods that can provide effective disinfection certificates can be directly shipped to the destination; for imported cold chain foods that cannot provide effective disinfection certificates, they must enter the transit inspection warehouse for nucleic acid testing and outer packaging disinfection.
The transit inspection warehouse includes the public transit inspection warehouse designated by the government and the independent transit inspection warehouse (area) set up in the enterprise's own cold storage.
In addition, all imported cold chain foods entering the customs through Ningbo port shall be electronically registered, and complete information such as the owner (agent), customs declaration, vehicle, driver, and cargo flow must be truthfully filled in during registration.
For those who do not have their own transit inspection warehouse (area) and need to enter the public transit inspection warehouse for nucleic acid testing and outer packaging disinfection, the owner (agent) needs to make an appointment in the "Zheli Office" APP.
It is reported that the imported cold chain foods entering the transit inspection warehouse are qualified by the nucleic acid test and the outer packaging is disinfected. The disinfection unit will issue the "Ningbo Imported Cold Chain Food Outer Packaging Disinfection Certificate", and the inspection warehouse management will notify the owner of the delivery.
The consignor shall upload the disinfection certificate through the "Zheli Office" APP "Cold Chain Food Sanitization" platform in time.
