Earlier on this day, Ha-min Choi said, “I am going to take the GED in April of next year and I want to enlist right away.” “I have a health insurance premium of 3.32 million won and an unpaid national pension for 17 months. For me, these problems are at my age. It’s too heavy for me,” he confessed.
