 Details are as follows:

  Chen Mou, male, 60 years old, Hong Kong nationality, long-lived in Hong Kong, professionally as a cross-border truck driver, traveling between Shenzhen and Hong Kong every day.

  The man developed a mild cough on November 29, 2020. He felt that his symptoms improved after taking the medicine himself, but he did not seek medical attention.

At 10 o'clock in the morning on November 30, he received a routine nucleic acid test when he entered Shenzhen Wenjindu Port from Hong Kong, and the preliminary screening result was positive.

  At 1 am on December 1, the Shenzhen Centers for Disease Control and Prevention completed the review and the result was also positive.

The patient was then transferred to the reserve area of ​​Shenzhen Third People's Hospital for isolation treatment, and was diagnosed by the expert group as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia (common type).

  Prior to this, he had performed routine COVID-19 nucleic acid tests at Wenjindu Port on November 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28, and the results were all negative.

  After preliminary epidemiological investigation, the man's activity track in Shenzhen is as follows:

  At 10 o'clock on November 30th, he drove a truck into Shenzhen from Wenjindu Port and stopped in front of Longyuanyuan Community in Luohu District at 11:17 to hand over food to a man;

  At around 12 o'clock, drive to the Bainikeng Community of Pinghu Street, Longgang District (near the Haijixing Agricultural Batch Market), and eat at the Chaji Cafe, No. 40-42, Baiyin Road;

  At 14:00, arrived at the Liangfa agricultural product stall at No. 1-18 Baoli Road, Bainikeng Community, Pinghu Street (1.3 kilometers from Haijixing Farm Market, near Yuanxing Farm);

  Around 18:10, drove away from Pinghu to Wenjindu Port.

  After preliminary investigations by the disease control department and the public security department, a total of 11 close contacts and 41 close contacts of close contacts were confirmed. The 52 key personnel mentioned above have all been quarantined and their nucleic acid test results are all negative.
