 [Explanation] In Abdullah’s shop, young Xinjiang apprentices are helping out.

He told reporters that one or two years of apprenticeship is actually a training process. The salary is calculated for them on a monthly basis and used as start-up funds when the new shop is opened.

 After learning well, we started to open a store in the second year. We helped to open the store, open my name, and make money. It is mine if it fails to open.

During this year's new crown pneumonia epidemic and flood relief, he led the volunteer service team to act on the front line, donating money and materials, participating in duty and food delivery.
