The Bao’an District People’s Court held that the existing evidence in this case is sufficient to prove that the defendant Zou Mouyue had sexual relations with the victim without the victim’s consent while the victim Zeng XX was drunk and unconscious, and his behavior should constitute rape.
The innocence opinions of the defendant and defender were inconsistent with the facts, and Baoan District People's Court rejected it.

The Paper previously reported that on May 18, a Weibo netizen claimed that his girlfriend had just joined an international logistics company. After attending a new employee gathering, she was taken away and raped by a colleague who had only known her for two days.
After the incident, she reported to the Shenzhen local police several times from 16 to 17.
But then the police officer said, "The display has ended with a'voluntary (relationship)'."
Previous reports by The Paper also showed that, according to a report from the Baoan Branch of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau on May 19, at 1 am on May 16, Ms. 110 Jieqiang reported to the police that her friend Zeng Moumou had been raped.
After preliminary investigation, the suspect Zou Mouyue (male, 21 years old) and the party concerned Zeng Mou (female, 22 years old) were colleagues.
On the evening of the 15th, after the two attended a company dinner, Zou Moouyue brought Zeng Moumou who was in a drunk state to a hotel to open a room and had sex.
After fixing the evidence, the police decided to open a case for investigation on the 18th.
Currently, the suspect Zou Mouyue has been detained under criminal law.
On June 2, the procuratorial organ arrested Zou Mouyue in accordance with the law.
