Virgin River (season 2)

Midwife Mel Monroe moves from busy Los Angeles to the village of Virgin River.

She does not get much rest, because the inhabitants of the hamlet also have problems.

Mel falls in love with the traumatized veteran Jack, who has a child with someone else.

At the end of the first season, Mel was about to leave, but in the second season she returns to Virgin River.

Should Mel give birth to the child of the man she is in love with?

Good news for fans: the series is already assured of a third season.

Glenn Close plays Bonnie Vance, a heroin-addicted mother who is ruining the lives of her children at breakneck speed.

Her daughter Bev (Amy Adams) works as a nurse, but also has addiction problems herself.

Her son (Gabriel Basso) has just finished law school and is trying hard to get a job, but his career comes to a halt when he has to return home to help his family.
