The report stated that at 13:08 on November 27, 2020, the Nanhe District Public Security Bureau of Xingtai City received a report that a gunman was found in the business hall of the Construction Bank on Heyang Street.
After receiving the report, Nanhe District Committee, District Government, and Municipal Public Security Bureau attached great importance to it, and the District Public Security Bureau immediately deployed police to carry out its work.
After investigation, it was found that Zhu XX was suspected of committing a major crime.
At 19:20 that day, the suspect Zhu Moumou (male, 33 years old, from Nanhe District) was arrested at his home, and the police confiscated a plastic simulation gun on the spot.
