There will be a second season of the documentary series

The hunt for the mocro-mafia

Crime journalist John van den Heuvel delves further into the working method of the mafia gang in the second series, RTL announced on Friday.

In the new season, which consists of five episodes, Van den Heuvel shows how biker gang Caloh Wagoh is systematically used as a handyman for murder assignments for the notorious criminal Ridouan T., whose rise and fall were discussed extensively in the debut season.

For the series, Van den Heuvel spoke with insiders from the under and above world and reconstructed the worldwide search of the police and the judiciary for the leaders of the so-called mocro-mafia.

The criminal organization of T. is said to be responsible for most of the more than 50 liquidations and wrongdoings that have taken place in the Netherlands since 2012.

T. was arrested in Dubai in December 2019.

The hunt for the mocro mafia

will be broadcast exclusively on Videoland from 4 December.

A new episode is released every week.
