  At 10 o'clock on the 24th, a video of a leaking LNG tank truck quickly spread in WeChat Moments and WeChat groups.

The screen showed that the liquefied gas in the tanker continued to leak out, forming a large cloud of "white fog."

Beside it, a heavy-duty semi-trailer tractor ran across the exit lane, and a large amount of raw coal was scattered on the ground.

Above the toll lane, you can clearly see the words "Lishixi".

  The reporter then learned from the local highway management department that at 9 o'clock that day, a large tanker transporting LNG was about to leave the Lishixi Expressway toll station when it was hit by a heavy tractor transporting raw coal.

Later, the heavy tractor collided with another vehicle.

  An eyewitness introduced that due to the leakage of liquefied gas from a large tanker, the high-speed traffic police, road administration, toll collection and other departments quickly evacuated other vehicles waiting to pass inside and outside the toll plaza and cut off all Power supply, evacuated all irrelevant personnel.

All power sources were cut off at the scene of the incident and all unrelated personnel were evacuated.

  After the incident, the Luliang Municipal Government organized multiple functional departments such as emergency response, fire protection, and public security to participate in the rescue, and at the same time mobilized experts in the disposal of hazardous chemicals to demonstrate the rescue plan.
