, an update of its digital version that has incorporated 2,557 new features, including additions of

articles and meanings and amendments

What words appear this year?

Above all, the vocabulary of the virus: coronavirus,

COVID, deconfine, de-escalated or dystopian

.

In addition, newbies in the dictionary are digital voices such as trolling or thread (now recognized in its use in social networks), gastronomic words such as faláfel and nacho, successful contractions such as weekend, and health words such as vigorexia or antiretroviral.

All of them lose their italics from now on.
