On the morning of November 23, the Hong Kong West Kowloon Magistrates' Court opened a trial to hear the three relevant cases of Hong Kong rioters Huang Zhifeng, Lin Langyan and Zhou Ting.

They were suspected of instigating the siege of the police headquarters on June 21, 2019, and were charged with inciting others to knowingly participate in an unauthorized assembly, organizing an unauthorized assembly, and knowingly participating in an unauthorized assembly.

Both Zhou Ting and Lin Langyan pleaded guilty to all charges. The prosecution stated that Huang Zhifeng was charged with knowingly participating in the unapproved assembly and did not provide evidence for prosecution. Huang Zhifeng pleaded guilty to the other two charges.

The three defendants are all members of the disbanded "Hong Kong Independence" organization "Hong Kong All Rights".
