16 new confirmed cases in 31 provinces, including 7 local cases

According to the website of the National Health Commission, from 0-24 on November 20, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 16 new confirmed cases, including imported cases from abroad 9 cases (all in Shanghai), 7 local cases (5 cases in Tianjin, 2 cases in Shanghai); no new deaths; no new suspected cases.

　　On the same day, 19 new cases were cured and discharged, and 1,006 close contacts were released from medical observation. The severe cases were the same as the previous day.

　　There are 296 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 1 severe case), and there are no existing suspected cases.

A total of 3761 confirmed cases, a total of 3465 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

　　As of 24:00 on November 20, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 308 confirmed cases (including 1 severe case), 81,472 cured and discharged cases, and 4,634 deaths. A total of 86,414 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are no existing suspected cases.

A total of 875,547 close contacts have been traced, and 11,892 close contacts are still under medical observation.

　　31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 18 new asymptomatic infections (all imported from abroad); no cases were converted to confirmed cases on that day; 13 medical observations were lifted on the same day (11 imported from abroad) 378 cases of asymptomatic infection were under medical observation (374 cases imported from abroad).

　　A total of 6174 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Among them, there were 5,517 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (5239 discharged from hospital, 108 deaths), 46 cases in Macau Special Administrative Region (46 discharged from hospital), and 611 cases in Taiwan (546 discharged from hospital, 7 deaths).
