Suzuki, an automobile manufacturer, has notified the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of 1.05 million recalls of nine models including the "Alto" due to a malfunction in the fuel tank and headlamps.

Due to a fuel tank malfunction, seven models, including Suzuki's "Alto" and "Wagon R" and Mazda's "Carol," were reported to be recalled from December 2014 to April 2019. It is 769,000 units.



In these cases, more fuel is displayed than the actual remaining amount, the warning light does not turn on, the fuel runs out, and there is a risk of stalling.

In terms of headlamp defects, about 343,000 units were manufactured from December 2013 to August 2018 with three models such as Suzuki's "Hustler" and "Altrapan."



In these cases, the headlamps may not light up.



According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the total of the two recalls is 1.05 million for 9 models.



In addition, unlike the recall, there is no problem with safety standards, but we have reported about 310,000 units of two models such as the "Hustler", saying that it is necessary to improve the trunk door.



Suzuki will notify the target person by e-mail etc. from the 20th, and will repair it free of charge at dealers nationwide.
