"Damn, I don't really want to shave!"

Emma Corrin, who plays Princess Diana in season four of The Crown, is proud of her underarm hair and decided to show it off.

The actress poses for the UK digital edition of Glamor, hoping it will get "normal" and that one day it won't "stand out," she told the magazine.

A totally thoughtful move: “I think it's interesting how the media and a lot of our culture like to label or categorize women,” she said.

“It's a way to discover my voice, and what is important to me,” she explains in a video, adding that she likes to “please people” and “not disappoint them”, but that 'it is necessary in the world of cinema not to let yourself be "trodden on".

The actress also explains that she did not let her hair grow before because she was in a relationship, and that therefore she was subjected to a form of injunction: “I did not do it before because I been in a relationship and I guess I was programmed to think I should shave for the benefit of both parties.

"

And this is not the actress's first feat of arms in feminism.

Emma Corrin, for example, insisted on showing Diana secretly battling bulimia: “You can't do justice to everything she went through without including it.

It was so symptomatic of the emotional turmoil and all the suppressed emotions she was feeling.
