An unusual heavy rain poured out in late autumn.

Now, even though Seoul has passed the peak of rain, it has already recorded nearly 100mm of cumulative precipitation during the day today (19th), and it was also the highest amount of precipitation ever compared to November.

Now, the strongly developed rain cloud zone has moved to the south of Chungcheong and Gangwon, and intense rain of about 20 mm per hour is concentrated in areas that look red.

Accordingly, heavy rain warnings have been issued throughout Jeollabuk-do.

In the future, the rain will continue until the night.

Until then, the expected amount of rain will be as much as 60mm in Gangwon and Chungbuk, northern Gyeongbuk, Honam, and Gyeongnam coast, and as little as 5 to as much as 40mm in other regions.

At the same time, as the wind blows strongly, strong wind warnings are issued especially in coastal areas and storm warnings are issued all over the sea.

If you are on the coast, you should also be aware of safety accidents.

Today, Seoul is expected to stay at 17 degrees with the mild and humid air. After the rain stops, the chill comes in again.

From tomorrow, the day is expected to get colder again.
