The names of trainees who were eliminated due to voting manipulation in the Mnet idol audition program'Produce 101' series were revealed.

At the appeal trial trial against PD Ahn Mo and CP Kim Mo, held at the Seoul High Court on the 18th, the judge said, “The people who suffered the most damage from this case are the trainees who were unjustly eliminated due to the manipulation of the rankings. Compensation for the damage is possible only when they are identified. "Do" and revealed the names of the trainees who were eliminated through voting manipulation.

The victims disclosed by the court are △Season 1 1st vote Kim Soo-Hyun Seo Hye-rin △Season 2 1st vote Seong Hyun-woo △ Season 2 4th vote Kang Dong-ho △ Season 3 4th vote Lee Ga-eun (actually 5th in final ranking) Han Cho-won (actually 6th in final ranking) ) △Season 4 1st Voting Anjardi Timothy △Season 4 3rd Voting Kim Kook-Heon Lee Jin-woo △Season 4 4th Voting Koo Jeong-Mo (6th in the final ranking), Lee Jinhyuk (7th in the final ranking) Dong-Hyun Geum (8th in the final ranking) to be.

On the other hand, the court decided not to disclose the names of trainees whose rankings were advantageously fabricated.

The judge said, "It seems that trainees whose ranks were manipulated to advantage by the defendants also did not know that their ranks were manipulated, and they also have aspects that can be viewed as victims." There is a high risk of becoming a victim on behalf of the accused.”

The question is how to compensate the trainees who were unfairly eliminated by voting manipulation.

In particular, Gaeun Lee, Chowon Han, Jeongmo Koo, Jinhyuk Lee, and Donghyun Geum were able to be selected as IZone and X1 members based on the actual final rankings that were not fabricated.

X1 was dismantled after the controversy over voting manipulation, but IZone is still a group activity, so there is a big problem.

Earlier in December of last year, the CEO of CJ ENM apologized for the controversy over ranking manipulation, and announced that he will take responsibility and compensate for the damaged trainees, and that he will take necessary measures to relieve actual damages, such as support for future activities.

Therefore, attention is paid to what kind of compensation will be given to the victims of the victims whose names have been revealed this time.

Meanwhile, the court sentenced PD Ahn, who was indicted for fraud and obstruction, to two years in prison and 37 million won in additional fines as in the first trial, and also sentenced CP Kim, who was charged with him, to one year and eight months in prison.

Lee Mo, who was an assistant PD, was also sentenced to a fine of 10 million won.
