Tomei Expressway Fuji IC-Shimizu JCT down line lifted November 16 22:40
Due to an accident, the Tomei Expressway was closed on the down line from the Fuji Interchange in Shizuoka Prefecture to Shimizu Junction, but the road closure was lifted at 10:20 pm earlier.
