On November 16, photographers came across black-necked cranes in the Gangci Grassland, Huatugou Town, Mangya City, Qaidam Basin. They photographed precious pictures of four black-necked cranes foraging for food. Only two young blacks were seen. The necked crane closely follows the two large black-necked cranes, sometimes foraging for food and sometimes frolicking.

Black-necked cranes mainly inhabit plateaus, meadows, swamps and reed swamps at an altitude of 2500-5000 meters, as well as lakeside meadow swamps and river valley swamps.

They are cranes that live in plateau freshwater wetlands, and are the only cranes in the world that grow and reproduce on plateaus.

In recent years, as the environmental protection of the Qaidam Basin continues to increase, the number of various wild animals has also increased.
