The Hong Kong Science Museum will begin to host the "Five Hundred Years of Robots" exhibition on November 13.

The exhibition displays more than a hundred unique collections of robots, presenting the development of robots over the past 500 years.

As early as the 16th century, humans have been inspired by the structure of the human body and invented mechanical devices that can operate automatically.

With the development of science and technology, simple mechanical devices have gradually evolved into humanoid robots, capable of flexibly imitating human movements and expressions, and knowing how to learn, react, perform and even think.

The exhibition is organized by the Hong Kong Leisure and Cultural Services Department and planned by the Hong Kong Science Museum, with exhibits provided by the London Science Museum.
