The judge has once again dismissed Britney Spears' claim.
Yesterday a new hearing was held to decide whether Jamie Spears, her father, would remain her legal guardian.

had initially made it known that she was "categorically" opposed to her father keeping control of her life and finances.

When her father changed, without consulting her, the manager of her fortune, the star once again requested the dismissal of her father.
Judge Brenda Penny did not grant this new request.

A dramatic situation
In yesterday's hearing, Britney Spears' duty counsel Samuel Ingham had relentless words to describe the situation and, most importantly, how the star feels about her father.
“My client has informed me that she is afraid of her father,” said the lawyer.
Jamie Spears also finds himself in a problematic situation if he wants to continue to grow his daughter's fortune.
"She won't be performing on stage in the future if her father is in charge of her career," added Britney Spears' lawyer.
