The reporter saw at the scene at noon that day that the non-motor vehicle lane was connected by a ramp to the road surface under the bridge, with steps on both sides of the ramp and a slope in the middle.
Passing non-motor vehicles need to go uphill from the bridge to cross the overpass. Due to the steep slope, many non-motor vehicles are difficult to pass, and there are phenomena such as people falling down. Some car owners can only get out of the car.
