China News Service, Jilin, November 12 (Cangyan Shi Hongyu) The beginning of winter has passed, and Jia Xiuzhen is looking forward to the first snowfall in the winter of 2020.

In the winter of nearly four months in northeastern China, a village built adjacent to the Songhua River waited for "rime to arrive."

Jilin rime, one of China's four major meteorological wonders, has changed Jia Xiuzhen's lifestyle and the "winter leisure" status of most people in Yingbifeng Village.

"I started making sticky bean buns at home. As soon as the rime arrives, the guests will arrive." Jia Xiuzhen, 53, and her husband Shan Baolin are now preparing to receive guests' food.

"Always pay attention to temperature changes. Once rime appears, the phone becomes a hotline."

Yingbifeng Village, where Jia Xiuzhen lives, is located in Huadian City, Jilin Province, a city in northeastern China. The Songhua River winds through the whole area. Three cascade power stations form the "Three Lakes and Pearls" wonder of Baishan Lake, Hongshi Lake and Songhua Lake. .

Yingbifeng Village is located in the lower reaches of Baishan Lake. Affected by the temperature difference and the mist of the river, in the middle of winter, Yingbifeng Village has rime almost every day.

Appreciating the rime pays attention to "watching the fog at night". Jia Xiuzhen can judge the possibility of rime the next day in the mist rising from the river at midnight.

The mist on the river surface is light, the trees along the river are surrounded by ice crystals, and the branches of the jade trees are clear and plump.

"My house is 20 meters away from the river, and you can see the rime when you open the door early in the morning." Because of the frequent occurrence of "five-star rime" in winter, Yingbifeng Village has gradually become favored by photographers.

Since then, this village of only 50 households is famous for its original ecological rime landscape.

The Yingbifeng Rime Inn, run by Jia Xiuzhen and her husband, has also become busy due to the "smog economy".

"At least three or four hundred people must be received in a winter." Jia Xiuzhen is responsible for the guests' meals and accommodations, while Shan Baolin needs to prepare cruises, cattle sledges and other recreational facilities for photographers and tourists.

"The village will also organize Yangko performances, and tourists like to watch it."

In Yingbifeng Village, Jia Xiuzhen and his wife are the first to "eat crabs".

As early as 2006, after the first batch of photographers arrived in Yingbifeng Village, Jia Xiuzhen decided to "exchange silver" with rime.

"We used to be Maodong in winter, but now it's different. Winter is very busy." Now, most of Jia Xiuzhen's family income comes from "Winter busy".

Driven by Jia Xiuzhen, some villagers in Yingbifeng Village also changed the "winter leisure" mode.

The 40-year-old Zhang Limei and Jia Xiuzhen's family are only separated by a distance. At this moment, she is grinding the corn that has just been harvested this fall into flour for the winter.

"Although our family can only accommodate a dozen people, we must also allow our guests to eat fresh food, and prepare a winter meal, including mountain vegetables, stupid chicken, and sticky bean buns." The children go to school in the city. Zhang Limei stayed in the village with her husband, relying on smog to make money, which made her feel that the future is promising.

"One River and Three Lakes" is an important part of Huadian City's tourism resources.

"The city is the scenic spot, the village is the scenic spot, the farmers are the landscape, and the culture is the life" has also become a new model of Huadian tourism.

Yingbi Peak "Rime Lake·Songjiang Gallery", as a characteristic resource of ice and snow, has been included in the development plan of Huadian ice and snow tourism.

Relying on the rime and ice resources of the 12 kilometers downstream of the Baishan Power Station dam, Huadian is building a ten-mile rime corridor landscape belt.

The firewood in the stove is burning, and the inn is warm as spring.

Jia Xiuzhen and her husband Shan Baolin are renovating the inn.

"I hope the guests live more comfortably." This village built along the river will also become busy after the rime falls.
