[Explanation] In front of us, Huang Yimeng, a veteran warrior who resisted U.S. aggression and aid to Korea, was in the academic lecture hall of Union College of Fujian Normal University, telling young students about the prosperous years of resisting U.S. aid to Korea.

Although he is 89 years old, Huang Yimeng is still full of energy.

On November 11th, the reporter interviewed Huang Yimeng at the Union College of Fujian Normal University.

[Explanation] In January 1951, Huang Yimeng rushed to North Korea to participate in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. On the battlefield full of flames, he won third-class merit three times.

When I entered North Korea in January 1951, I was assigned to me as a cultural instructor in North Korea, to carry out various aspects of speaking to the enemy, to carry stretchers to rescue the wounded, and the troops to accept some, so I was taken as a back.

North Korea is very hard. I was enthusiastic at the time. I slept in the trenches every day, cold and wet, and hungry, but my heart was very sweet.

Because the people of the motherland can live a stable life and sleep peacefully there, I feel that I am very happy. I should be like this, very sweet.

[Explanation] Huang Yimeng recalled that on the Korean battlefield, a piece of cloth covering one square meter of clothing was hung up as a "publicity column."

It was his experience that year that gave him a special feeling for running a blackboard newspaper.

Since I resisted the US and Aid Korea, I started writing blackboard newspapers. At that time, we were on the battlefield. I took off my backpack, and I hung it on the wall with less than one square meter of white cloth. It was my bulletin board. Soldiers wrote Praise, criticism, suggestion.

Later, when I was in the factory, I also ran a blackboard newspaper.

[Explanation] Before retiring, Huang Yimeng worked at Fujian Normal University. After retiring, he actively participated in community cultural construction, policy promotion and other voluntary services, and continued to play to his light and passion.

Since 2007, Huang Yimeng founded the community blackboard newspaper at his own expense. For this reason, he insisted on reading and reading the newspaper every day, extracting the essence from it, and then typesetting and designing.

He used this unique way to tell community residents about national events and policies, interpret livelihood hotspots, convey popular science and health, and portray the big world in a small blackboard.

Residents in the community also affectionately call him "the editor-in-chief of the blackboard newspaper."

Although it is very small, it can be said that the small blackboard is a big world. Every news is summarized by one sentence of news. The news of the week is there. The masses like to watch it because of the strong time.

Now I run the blackboard newspaper not only by myself, but also by volunteers.

There are also volunteers who will run it with me. I think I will be 89 years old in the future, and I said I will have volunteers to run the blackboard newspaper.

[Explanation] Since the launch of the issue on May 27, 2007, Huang Yimeng has run nearly 3,000 issues of blackboard newspapers.

His blackboard newspaper extended from 1 district to 9 districts.

From the battlefield to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea to the bulletin board of the community, Huang Yimeng practiced the spirit of "unending life and dedication" with his actions.
