Governor Hanazumi of Niigata Prefecture announced at a press conference on the 11th that 12 new police officers of the Niigata Prefectural Police were confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
A total of 212 people have been confirmed infected in the prefecture.
It is the highest number of infected people confirmed in Niigata prefecture on the 1st.
