When Hye-mi, a former Black Swan member, revealed that he was suing a man who accused him of fraud on charges of sexual harassment or intimidation, the complainant rebutted.

On the 10th, Hye-mi said through Black Swan's agency DR Music, "I borrowed 5 million won, but the other money was voluntarily given by the complainant, and I tried to pay it back, but the complainant asked for a sexual relationship again and came home as a woman. I was afraid, so I cut off contact."

The accused Mr. A refuted this through an interview with Sports World.

Mr. A, who filed a complaint claiming that Hye-mi had borrowed 50 million won in the name of living expenses, monthly rent, and credit card for about a year from April of last year, refuted, "There was no request for a bed or physical contact." It does not provide any evidence. (If Hye-mi sues), we will take a hard-line response such as innocence.”

Hye-mi, too, is not backing down while anticipating a legal response. Hye-mi emphasized, "I have appointed a lawyer and will respond to charges such as defamation, threats, and sexual harassment." In particular, he added that he would correct the part that mentioned Hyemi's relationship with men.

Earlier, Hyemi debuted in the music industry as girl group Rania in 2015, and was active as a member of Black Swan last month, but due to the expiration of the contract with the agency, her future singer activities are in a difficult situation.
