Hospital funds hundreds of millions of yen arrested for former directors of medical corporations on suspicion of embezzlement on business November 10 15:19

Former directors of a medical corporation that ran a hospital in Saitama City and other places were arrested on suspicion of embezzlement for business purposes, alleging that the hospital's funds, about 130 million yen, had been illegally leaked and dressed.

The Metropolitan Police Department has decided to proceed with elucidation of the actual situation, considering that the amount of clothes taken is suspected to amount to hundreds of millions of yen.

Three people were arrested, including Yoko Endo (63), a former director of Saitama City's medical corporation Isseikai, and Masahiro Nishizawa (53), a corporate officer.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, former directors Endo and his colleagues are suspected of embezzlement in business, alleging that they illegally leaked and embezzled about 130 million yen from the hospital that was running at that time in August.

On the 10th, the Metropolitan Police Department searched multiple related parties in Tokyo.

According to the people concerned, the former director raised funds through a financial service called "factoring" and then transferred the funds to an account managed by himself.

The Metropolitan Police Department has decided to clarify the actual situation, considering that the amount of clothes taken is suspected to amount to hundreds of millions of yen in the two years until the adulthood.

The Metropolitan Police Department has not disclosed the approval or disapproval of the three.

The medical corporations of the former directors were stuck in cash flow, and last year the court decided to start civil rehabilitation proceedings.
