  In 2019, China Post and China Philatelic held the first Chinese Zodiac Cultural and Creative Competition.

This competition continues the spirit and theme of the previous competition, focusing on the Chinese zodiac stamps, soliciting outstanding creative works in the face of the public.

  China Philatelic specially invited Yao Zhonghua, the designer of special stamps for the "Xin Chou Nian", as the honorary chairman of the jury.
