The doc in 2 minutes: Teacher and Down's syndrome, once upon a time, Noëlia -

20 Minutes

Noëlia Cordella is a kindergarten teacher in Cordoba, Argentina.

But perhaps it is to all of us that she teaches a lesson in tenacity and hope.

She is the first person in the world to practice this profession while suffering from Trisomy 21. Happy to teach her "little darlings", happy to participate in giving them a happy childhood.

A great victory for the one whose birth had been followed by derogatory comments from doctors and who had been rejected by the school, when her parents had wanted to enroll her in kindergarten, precisely.

A generous and caring family, love for children at heart and years later, Noëlia teaches today.
