Hu is a migrant worker from a remote mountain village in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. He had previously worked in an oil construction and engineering company in Panshi City.

Subsequently, the Bureau of Letters and Calls, the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Bureau of Justice jointly found 253 persons in charge, indicating that labor facts existed. If the wage issue of migrant workers in other provinces is not resolved, the government will help migrant workers defend their rights in accordance with the law.
