  Guo Zhihong, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1954 in Shenyang, Liaoning, and a member of the Communist Party of China. He started working in May 1971 and retired in November 2017.

  Before his retirement, Guo Zhihong had many years of disciplinary inspection work experience. Prior to May 1996, he served as deputy director, party secretary, and director of the Kunming Supervision Bureau; from May 1996 to October 1999, he served as the office of the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection Director of the Department; From November 2006 to February 2016, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Yunnan Province;

  He also has many years of working experience in overseas Chinese affairs.

From March 2002 to November 2006, he served successively as Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Leadership Group, Secretary and Director of the Yunnan Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.

  From February 2016 to November 2017, Guo Zhihong served as the deputy director (at the department level) of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress.
