[Explanation] On November 5th, 5 overseas cultural relics were unveiled at the 3rd China International Import Expo (hereinafter referred to as the CIIE) that is being held in Shanghai. Chinese collectors who are interested in buying can negotiate and purchase these precious cultural relics.

It is reported that these 5 cultural relics are: Qiuying (section) West Tour, Qiuying (section) landscape portrait, Qiuying (section) courtyard lady, Shen Zhou (section) "Snow River Landscape", Zhao Boju (section) green landscape.

Qiu Ying was one of the "Four Wu Schools" in the mid-Ming Dynasty, Shen Zhou was the head of the "Four Wu Schools", and Zhao Boju was a famous painter in the Southern Song Dynasty.

According to Ji Xiaomeng, the senior project manager of the exhibitor Hongchang Tiida Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd., after learning about the policy of encouraging cultural relics and artworks to participate in the 3rd CIIE, the company sent invitations to overseas collectors through art dealers. , Overseas collectors also have a positive attitude towards participating in the CIIE, but due to the rush of preparations and the epidemic situation in various countries, only 5 cultural relics were presented this time.

[Concurrent] (Ji Xiaomeng, Senior Project Manager, Hongchang Tiida Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd.) These are some of the early collections of a senior collector who we invited to Japan for investment. They are 5 very rare works.

Among them, we can see Qiuying (model) Western Tour, which is more than 11 meters long.

[Explanation] Ji Xiaomeng said that the five treasures of cultural relics are all from a senior Japanese collector. The CIIE encourages cultural relics and artworks to participate in the exhibition to promote the return of cultural relics. It is a particularly good opportunity for Chinese collectors and the Chinese cultural community. , If Chinese collectors wish to collect during the CIIE, they can negotiate the price and sign a contract to purchase.

Wang Fei, Deputy Section Chief of the Third Section of Customs Exhibit Supervision, Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Center, said that if these cultural relics are sold in the CIIE, they can enjoy preferential tax policies according to the relevant regulations of the General Administration of Customs of China.

[Concurrent] (Wang Fei, Deputy Section Chief of the Third Section of Customs Exhibits Supervision, Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Center) Because this is the first time a cultural relic of the CIIE has entered the country, we coordinated with the Cultural Relics Bureau and (and) conducted a joint development with the Cultural Relics Bureau. The job of the box is to reduce the number of unnecessary openings and provide convenience for exhibitors.

If it is for sale during the exhibition, we will follow a regulation of the General Administration of Customs, and it can implement a preferential tax policy.

[Explanation] It is understood that in order to support the CIIE to "achieve level, achieve results, and do better" and promote the return of Chinese cultural relics overseas, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a notice to exhibit at the CIIE. During the period, each exhibitor who sells works of art, collections and antiquities exhibits can enjoy tax incentives within 5 pieces.
