Is American democracy repairable?

A president who claims victory before the count is finished, who asks for the end of the counting of the ballots and says he is ready to challenge the result in court.

Demonstrations in front of the counting centers, fears of violence once the result has been announced, two camps which seem hopelessly polarized and which do not even have space to discuss, which do not even agree on the facts.

When we talk about elections in the United States, we do not really have the impression that we are talking about a peaceful and secure democracy, but rather a sick and damaged political system.

Is American democracy repairable?

This is the question of the day.
