To this end, the Municipal Transportation Commission formulated the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Compensated Time Sharing of Parking Facilities in the City", which clearly promotes shared parking through government guidance, market operation, business operations, and individual participation, revitalizes existing parking resources, and improves parking facilities Use efficiency and management level to alleviate the contradiction between regional parking supply and demand.
According to reports, in order to promote this work, each district and each street has found out the base of resources through parking surveys, promoted paid and wrong-time shared parking, guided vehicles to "park parking, parking fees, and penalty for parking violations", and at the same time allocate parking resources within the jurisdiction. Do everything possible to alleviate the problem of residential parking.
As of the end of October, the Sixth District of the City and Tongzhou District had coordinated a total of more than 10,000 paid parking spaces for wrong time sharing.

Take the Zhubang 2000 office building as an example. Combined with the characteristics of office parking spaces, 200 underground parking spaces are opened for use by surrounding residents. The Balizhuang Sub-district Office also extended the time-sharing experience of Zhubang 2000 office building to other units in its jurisdiction.
