Challenges

Al-Kaabi faced many challenges when choosing this profession, pointing out that 70% of family members rejected this field and considered it defective, and the rest kept silent without expressing any opinion, and thus he was absent from home for several months, after he started working in the hotel, and stayed in the hotel.

Al-Kaabi bore these problems and disputes with the family, to work in the field he chose for a period of three months, and he stayed for her time in the workplace and did not visit the house, until the disputes began to subside with the family and they accepted his choice.

Al-Kaabi developed himself in the kitchen over the years, until he appeared in local newspapers and TV channels, as he appeared for the first time on television through the "Sufra Khaleeji" cooking program on the Kuwaiti Al-Rai Channel, and he appeared in the blessed month of Ramadan, where he was received every day. He noted that these appearances were a consecration of his career, especially as he sought to supervise the UAE team in the Dubai World Hospitality Championship, which gathered contributions from the Arab world.

Courses and experiences
