China News Service, November 4 According to the website of the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission, at 0-24 o'clock on November 3, 3 newly imported confirmed cases in Guangdong Province were reported from Guangzhou, from Benin, Turkey and the UAE.
There were 5 newly imported asymptomatic infections from abroad, 4 cases were reported in Guangzhou, 2 cases were from the UAE, and the remaining 2 cases were from the Philippines and Bangladesh; 1 case was reported in Foshan, from the UAE.
All of the above were found at the port of entry or isolation point, and were quarantined for observation after entry.
1 new case was discharged.
As of 24:00 on November 3, Guangdong Province had reported a total of 1,938 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (542 imported cases).
38 cases are currently in hospital.
