The large bronze ramen sculptures on the side of the road, the giant copper bowl "Legend of the Big Bowl" in front of the museum's main entrance, and the copper group sculptures of the beef noodle inventor Ma Baozi who sold "hot pot noodles" along the street in early November... The Lanzhou Beef Noodle Museum, located on the shore of the Yellow River, has opened. The museum reproduces the scene of the first beef noodle restaurant in the early years of the Republic of China, including wood fire stoves, grinding plates, blue and white porcelain bowls, vinegar pots, and seasonings for boiling meat and soup. Hundreds of old objects will show you the "past and present" of this legendary pasta.

The museum was funded and established by the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Industry Development Center. It is still in its embryonic stage. It will continue to upgrade and transform on the basis of soliciting and adopting suggestions from all walks of life, making it a "new business card" on the bank of the Yellow River.
