Three journalists mobilized, several months of investigation and around thirty testimonies collected were necessary to carry out this investigative work.

This Saturday, the Swiss daily

Le Temps

publishes a long paper devoted to dysfunctions within the RTS, the “Swiss radio television”.

It is about “inappropriate gestures”, “salacious words” and “the use of false identities on social networks”.

Darius Rochebin, flagship presenter of the Swiss television news and new face of LCI, is particularly targeted.

Among the testimonies collected by

Le Temps

, several report multiple inappropriate behaviors, even sexual assault.

“Hands slipped under the shirts of male colleagues, recurring salacious allusions or even proximity to young men are regularly mentioned,” according to Le

"He took my face in his hands and tried to kiss me"

One of the employees of the RTS, called Aurore, explains having met Darius Rochebin in the premises at the exit of an elevator.

“We took a few steps together in an empty hallway discussing work.

Suddenly he took my face in his hands and tried to kiss me.

I immediately pushed him away.

He left stealthily, without looking at me or apologizing, ”she testifies.

Another Swiss Radio Television employee, Clémence, recounts similar facts shortly after the 2006 New Year: “Everyone was kissing and exchanging greetings for the New Year.

[Darius Rochebin] approached me, I took him by the shoulder to give him a kiss, he grabbed my free hand and placed it firmly on his genitals.

"

Darius Rochebin "strongly contests"

Young men relate a double game from the Swiss presenter.

The latter would have created two fake Facebook accounts in order to approach aspiring journalists or young people engaged in politics fascinated by his stature as a television star.

Others explain that the journalist would have abused his position to undertake sex with them.

Contacted by

Le Temps

, Darius Rochebin reacted through his lawyer.

He "firmly denies having engaged in criminally reprehensible acts" and specifies that "he has never been the subject of a criminal complaint, nor a fortiori of any criminal conviction".

Raised to the rank of new star of LCI, Darius Rochebin officiates from Monday to Thursday on the channel of the TF1 group since the start of the school year.
