Culture-Médias

on Europe 1. "I am delighted to announce that "There will be a new season of ASKIP. It is being filmed in Sète" he revealed.

A series that combines news and humor

It will therefore soon be possible to find Clément, Lou, Youcef, Maxime, Jules or even Jade in the corridors of the François Truffaut college in Sète.

Societal subjects, always told with a touch of humor, will remain at the heart of the plot.

Ronan de Longraye promises "a lot of self-mockery, a lot of dramatic irony and a light tone despite the subjects which can sometimes be a little heavy".

The series will therefore address everyday topics that directly affect college students.

"There will be plenty of topics on this season 2 that echo what is happening today, starting with confinement," he promises.

A successful first season

The decision to renew the series for a second season was driven by the success of the first while in lockdown.

"To give figures - which are anyway underestimated because our information is not complete - we already have more than 1.5 million views on the first season. It's obviously a hit! C 'is a smart series that engages on societal topics, ”he explains.
