Sharjah International Book allocates preventive measures with high standards for the safety of its visitors

The Sharjah International Book Fair administration has allocated a package of precautionary measures and preventive measures that will be applied throughout the 39 days of the 39th session, which will be launched at the Sharjah Expo Center, during the period from the fourth to the 14th of next November, under the slogan "The world reads from Sharjah", to prevent The spread of the new Corona virus (Covid 19).

The measures that are consistent with the UAE's decisions include providing sterilization gates and thermal wipers distributed at all entrances to the Expo Center, in addition to sterilizing the exhibition halls and corridors for five hours a day.

The Sharjah Police General Command participates through a package of preventive and precautionary measures required, which are consistent with the requirements of the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Authority at the state level, in a way that organizes the work mechanism of the exhibition in its three stages before, during and after.

The measures include requiring participants and visitors to wear masks, as they will be provided free of charge during the exhibition, applying a policy of physical distancing, and working on continuous sterilization, in addition to distributing informative posters throughout the exhibition to guide visitors to the required safety distance.
