He stressed that the problem lies in the incompatibility between Armenia and Azerbaijan over criteria to create an acceptable platform for negotiation, adding that Armenia agrees to the criteria for dialogue, but that standard becomes unacceptable for Azerbaijan.

Pashinyan accused Azerbaijan of providing false information to its people that the war will end with its victory, considering that this will not happen, and that Azerbaijan will indulge in the war more as long as it refuses to give the Karabakh people their right to self-determination.

The Armenian Prime Minister accused Turkey of sending military experts and mercenaries to Azerbaijan to fight in the Karabakh region, and pointed to the spread of many videos confirming this accusation, and noted the presence of Pakistani brigades participating in the fighting alongside Azerbaijan, and expressed his happiness that Arab countries have taken strategic steps to prevent Turkey's expansionist policy, as he described it.

And Pashinyan expressed understanding of the neutral Russian position due to its participation in the chairmanship of the Minsk Group, but he also considered it a strategic ally of Armenia, and that it would abide by its security duties towards it in case of necessity.
