FREDERICK FLORIN

The President of the Republic made it clear this Wednesday evening on television.

Despite the new confinement decided by Emmanuel Macron in the face of the second wave of coronavirus which is sweeping over France, schools will not close, as was the case during the first confinement.

Distance learning courses in higher education

"Children will not be deprived of contact with the school system", declared the Head of State.

Consequence: nurseries, schools, colleges and high schools will continue to welcome students (until further notice).

The health protocol will, on the other hand, be reinforced in the classes, according to provisions which could be specified as of Thursday by Matignon or the Ministry of Education.

Regarding higher education, on the other hand, the courses will be given only at a distance, at least until the beginning of December.
