The center is located on the southeastern part of the South China Sea, about 505 kilometers southeast of Yongxing Island in Xisha, Hainan Province, with a maximum wind force of 14 near the center.
Affected by the "Molafi" and cold air, during the day from the 27th to the 28th, there were strong winds and rains in the seas of Hainan Province, and most areas on the island experienced heavy rains and local heavy rains.
