The National Archives expanded the scope of the initiative by increasing the number of cafes until it reached 21, and this was in response to the letters, suggestions, and correspondence addressed from the cafes requesting that they be provided with the National Archives publications because of their scientific and cultural importance, and because they open important pages of the cultural heritage of the United Arab Emirates to the reader.
