In the re-drying workshop of Sichuan Tobacco Dechang Redrying Plant, migrant workers of the Yi ethnic group are learning Chinese characters, learning laws, traffic laws, and life skills in the "happiness class" opened by the factory.
It is understood that the 532 workers recruited by the Dechang Rebaking Plant are all from the surrounding rural areas. Most of them have single labor skills, low education levels, and communication barriers (not able to speak Chinese). At the same time, "cultural post" and "happiness classroom" have been opened to help Yi nationality migrant workers stabilize their employment and get rid of blindness.
