Gu Yingsu reported that the asymptomatic infection was female, 17 years old, living in the second village of Zhanmin Township, Shufu County, and working in a garment factory in Shufu County.

There are 4 people in the family. They usually live in the workplace and have recently returned home to rest three times.

The first time was from September 15th to 16th, the second time was from September 28th to October 3rd, and the third time was from October 17th to 18th.

A family of 4 has no history of going out, surgery, or other diseases.

Gu Yingsu also notified the recent specific activity track of the asymptomatic infected person as follows:

On September 15th, the factory had a holiday from the intersection of Yuefeng Furniture City, Kashgar City, and took a bus to get off at the intersection of Zhanmin, and was picked up by his mother on an electric car.

Did not go out at home on September 16.

On September 17, I took my mother's electric car to work in the garment factory, and did not go out during the period.

On September 28, I took my mother's electric car home during the holiday, but did not go out during the holiday.

On October 3, he took his mother's electric car back to the garment factory.

At 18:00 pm on October 17, his mother rode an electric bike to the garment factory to pick him up. There was no parking on the road and no contact with people.

That night, I went to the factory dormitory where his parents were located in Sancun, and had dinner with his father and mother.

At 18:00 pm on October 18th, he went to Bazaar on Sunday with his mother, went to the county's Baijia shopping mall at 19:30 to buy clothes, and returned to work at the garment factory at 21:00.

From October 19 to 23, he did not go out to work in the garment factory.

The nucleic acid test result was positive on October 24, and the expert diagnosed as an asymptomatic infection.

Currently, he is under isolation medical observation in designated hospitals.

The patient had no fever, cough, fatigue, diarrhea and other symptoms. Further CT examination by the hospital was normal. IgM and IgG were all negative.

On the afternoon of October 24, the disease control department conducted a nucleic acid test on a total of 831 people in its garment factory, and the results were all negative; 16 of its close contacts and 406 close contacts of close contacts were tested for nucleic acid, 137 People who tested positive are all related to the Sancun factory where their parents are located.

Experts diagnosed that they were all asymptomatic infections; their parents and brother had negative nucleic acid test results.

All close contacts of the above-mentioned asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts of close contacts have all been subjected to isolation medical observation.

Gu Yingsu introduced that in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Xinjiang Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters for normalized epidemic prevention and control, and in the spirit of being highly responsible for the health and life safety of people of all ethnic groups, the Kashgar area is based on "early detection, early reporting, and early isolation." "Early treatment" principle, move the prevention and control barriers forward, establish a normalized early warning mechanism, implement "should check and do all" for key populations, and carry out normalized nucleic acid testing every week.

The first case of asymptomatic infection this time was found in the weekly normalized nucleic acid test of the "should be checked" personnel.

This fully proves that regular nucleic acid testing and monitoring of key populations is an important measure to eliminate hidden dangers under the normalization of the epidemic. It can help the disease control department to detect asymptomatic infections as soon as possible, effectively block the channels for the spread of the epidemic, and implement it. The "Four Mornings" requirement effectively protects the health and life safety of people of all ethnic groups.
