Italy will adopt new restrictions against the coronavirus, including the closure of cinemas and theaters, after the publication of record figures of new contaminations, announced the services of Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte.

In Italy, cinemas, theaters, gyms and swimming pools will have to close, while bars and restaurants will have to stop serving after 6 p.m.

These measures against Covid-19 were adopted by the government of Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte despite public protests that have erupted in recent days, especially in Rome.
