[Explanation] On October 23, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security held a press conference for the third quarter of 2020.
At the meeting, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Lu Aihong introduced that as of the end of September, the number of people participating in basic pension, unemployment, and work-related injury insurance in China had all completed the 13th Five-Year Plan ahead of schedule.
Social security benefits were paid on time and in full, and the effects of the social security "exemption and mitigation" policy continued to show.

From January to September, the total income of the three social insurance funds was 3.57 trillion yuan, and the total expenditure was 4.22 trillion yuan. The accumulated balance at the end of September was 6.28 trillion yuan. The fund operation was generally stable.
As of September, three social insurances including basic pension, unemployment, and work-related injury have reduced or exempted enterprises from social insurance premiums of 910.7 billion yuan, and deferred payment of social insurance premiums of 61.6 billion yuan.
The investment and operation of pension insurance funds are advancing steadily. As of the end of the third quarter, 24 provinces have initiated fund entrusted investment with a contract amount of 1.1 trillion yuan and 975.7 billion yuan.
[Explanation] In terms of employment, Lu Aihong introduced that the employment situation in the first three quarters of 2020 will remain generally stable and stable.
The employment stabilization policy system has been further enriched and improved, the employment of key groups has been steadily promoted, and vocational skills training has been continuously strengthened.

From January to September, 8.98 million new jobs were created in urban areas.
The unemployment rate in the urban survey in September was 5.4%, which was lower than the expected control target.
The urban registered unemployment rate at the end of the third quarter was 4.19%.
From January to September, a total of 85 billion yuan of unemployment insurance was granted to 5.64 million enterprises, which benefited 145 million employees.
Implement the promotion of employment and entrepreneurship for college graduates, introduce policies and measures to strengthen employment training, employment assistance for graduates from poor families, and provide continuous services to graduates.
Organize and implement special training programs such as the vocational skills training plan for stable employment of migrant workers, the skills training action for millions of young people, and the vocational skill improvement action plan for the industrial communications industry.
[Explanation] At the meeting, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security released the ranking of the 100 most unemployed jobs in China in the third quarter of 2020. Domestic servants, customer service administrators, and real estate agents entered the top 10 rankings.

Housekeeping attendants, customer service administrators, and real estate agents entered the top 10 professional rankings in this issue.
Among these 100 occupations, there are 38 occupations for production, manufacturing and related personnel, social production services and life service personnel, and 18 professional and technical personnel (occupations).
The rankings in this issue have the following characteristics. First, the number of recruitment needs and the number of job applicants "double down" from the previous month.
Second, the manufacturing demand has recovered significantly.
Third, the degree of job shortage related to epidemic prevention and control has been significantly eased.
Except for sewing workers, which remained in the rankings, other related occupations dropped out of the rankings.
