  According to the relevant person in charge of Chengdu-Chongqing Passenger Coach Company, in order to further improve service quality, the company will launch the "Fuxing" EMU on the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail before the end of the year to achieve the connection between Chengdu-Chongqing city in about one hour, and launch the "four bus Service:

The Chengdu-Chongqing inter-provincial and intra-provincial high-speed rail EMUs will be opened to construct a 1-hour traffic circle.

  The person in charge introduced that, while improving service quality, from December 23, 2020, Chengdu-Chongqing Passenger Service Company will optimize and adjust the published fares of high-speed trains running at 300-350 kilometers per hour. The current practice of fixing fares is to distinguish seasons, time slots, seats, sections, etc., according to passenger flow conditions, establish a flexible pricing mechanism, and implement high-quality and preferential prices, which may increase or decrease.

The implemented fare between stations will be based on the published fare as the upper limit, and a multi-grade, flexible fare system will be implemented to provide passengers with more choices.
