Recently, Jiangsu Zhenjiang No. 1 High School opened a weight-loss class. Students participating in the course can exercise to lose weight and earn credits.
According to the teacher, the course includes three projects: aerobics, international exercises and fat-reducing yoga.
In addition, psychological counseling courses have been set up to guide students to stick to fitness and weight loss for a long time.
